nngg, it seems that DA is having some problems w/ previews...I reuploaded the pic, though a smaller version of it, hopefully, I can replace it with the larger version at a later date...

Kyaa, it feels so good to draw something I want to draw and not be bound by limitations! :heart:

I tried to concentrate on the colors and lighting with this.

Nice work! I really like the layering and textures. Combined with the colors, it all takes on a warm, somber tone.

i think you did fairly well, a nice stray off your average style
the background is really entriguing and calming, and the character just really stands out
